This
is a timed 5K cross country endurance run designed for individuals and intend
for testing endurance. This will be a challenging course!
This event is encouraged for all runners and joggers. This course is not designed for walkers.

Rucker’s and Runners will be broken into Male and Female groups. 13-18 19-29 30-39 49-49 50+ All Rucker’s will be required to carry a Nature Valley 48 bar box or a Slim Jim 120 sticks box
We would like to challenge each Runner/Rucker to raise an additional $50 through the fundraising page.
All Rucker’s/Runners must be 13 or older by 6/2/17 to participate!
Awards must be picked up the day of race.
Registration & Fees:
Register on-line through May 1 st 2018 to guarantee a T-shirt.
Last chance Registration May 2nd -May 22nd Fees-$35 (T-shirt not included)
All registrations received by May 22nd will be eligible for packet pick up. Everyone else after that will need to pick up on race day.
Race Day Registration: 7:15am until 8:00am (Registration after 8:00Am may not receive a bib). Fees- $40 (T-shirt not included)
Course Description:
This is a timed 5K cross country endurance run designed for individuals. Intended for testing endurance; this military style, cross country run is comprised of steep hills…This will be a challenging course. You may choose to run the course or ruck the course.
Packet Pick Up:
Register PRIOR to Wed. May 22nd, 2018 at Midnight; you are eligible to
pick up your race packs the week of the race! At the USO Warehouse:

(All others will need to pick up Morning of the race at Sioux Passage Park by 8:00am)
